“My original vanished into thin air! I thought it was lost for good. Tried every Citizen retailer I could find and they were not much help. I gave up. Finally on a whim I entered my missing watch numbers and out of Citizen.com air came Version of a watch that has so much meaning.”

“When I opened the air tank and saw the watch is was beautiful. In the shade it’s dark blue/black but in the light it’s a very deep blue, the crown feels amazing and the 12 o’clock dot at the top is a nice little touch in the dark”

“This watch is big and heavy which is something I wanted. I uses the size guide and it came perfectly measured. This watch is very nice looking, keeps time well, and is the first of many I plan on adding to my collection.”

“The title says PromasterDive watch. Forget that I never made a dive in anything deeper than a bathtub and the watch leaked and I sent in back under warranty and the wanted to charge me to repair. What a joke!”

This is unusual for our high-performance Promaster dive watch, which is designed for underwater activities with its 200 meter water resistance and screw down crown. However, if the screw down crown wasn’t utilized, water could get into the watch. We will reach out to you through email to learn more about your experience and offer assistance.

“I have had this watch for several months and it is great. It’s a beautiful blue and keeps time very well. It’s lightweight on the wrist but it is a solid diver and a great watch. Citizens are known for their divers.”
