“The crystal is made of very soft glass, and I accidentally scratched both it and the bezel with a zipper shortly after receiving it (I was given it as a gift). I sent it in for service, and a full 3 MONTHS later, they finally sent it back to me from their depot, unrepaired, and have refused to give me a refund. The altitude measurement is also wildly inaccurate, to the tune of a few hundred feet of error.”

“I like this watch for its altitude reading, the lume in the dark, the compass with the click-free bidirectional rotating bezel, and its oxygen sensor. A good choice from the Citizen Promaster.”

“Was looking for a watch to use for guiding professionally in the mountains. Examining the bezel, the tolerances were not as tight as I was hoping for. Good bit of play plus it squeaked on the glass. Overall function was nice, but I was left a little disappointed with the build quality for a field watch.”
