The watch is beautiful. I really like it. The only issue i have is that it woukd be nice if the links came in half link increments. I am in between sizes, so if I get a 7 1/2, its too tight but if I add a link its a bit too loose. Half link increments would be nice. Other than that it's a very nice watch.

I was in the market for a new everyday watch and I couldn’t be happier with this choice. It’s elegant and versatile. It was also very reasonably priced. First of many citizen watches.

The display on this dial and the timezone radio frequency are why I bought this watch. That is why I gave it two stars. I first picked this watch up and thought, "Wow, that stem is huge; I wonder how fast this is going to break." Fast forward four months later; I went to show my buddy the timezone change, and the stem just pulled right out. This watch has been stored in a watch box its whole life and worn about ten times carefully, because of the stem. Nothing was under warranty, but they did cover $21 worth of parts. I honestly hope this watch gets lost in the mail so I can collect my insurance money to buy a new watch. I shouldn't have to worry about an eight-hundred-dollar watch breaking like that.

I have been looking at this watch for awhile and decided to get it when a Citizen Outlet Store offered a great deal on it. This piece is eye candy to me. I first got a good look when picking up my new ATTESA Satellite Wave piece last month. The dial is mesmerizing to look at. The features are great. The A-T feature insures accuracy. I have 55 Citizen watches and more than one-half have the A-T feature. The watch is very comfortable on the wrist. I had 2 links removed and the bracelet feels good. The Citizen brand is tops to me. I have the very first Promaster A-T I bought decades ago and it’s still running great! Very accurate! You can’t miss with this watch and with Citizen!!! Customer service is top notch as well!!

I was immediately impressed by this watch when I unpacked it. The build quality was immediately evident and the multiple functions were clearly explained in the instructions available online. The watch functions are smooth and work as described. I was excited to begin wearing the watch but knew I had to first remove a few links from the band. This is where my impression of the watch collapsed. The link pins were so loose I could press them out with almost no force. When reinstalling the pins to the shortened band I discovered I was able to drop the pins into place, completely. I quickly and easily determined there was no flared end to the pins. I was able to hold the band on end and tap the band with my fingers to dislodge the pins which I had just placed. While gently reassembling the band given the fragile state of the link pins I noticed a scattering of what looked like segments of link pins on my mat. Sure enough, the link pin in the very last joint before the clasp had shattered and fallen out of the pin hole. Four pieces of the link pin, about a quarter-length each, lay before me. (In retrospect I wish I would have taken a couple pictures.) Like the link pins, my excitement over my new watch was also shattered. My next action was to order a nice single-pass band, which I will install with two new spring bars as there is no way I will trust any component of this band. This is my seventh Citizen watch and, at initial glance and use, was my favorite. I never had such a problem with a Citizen band previously, despite resizing each one. The sub-par quality of the band provided with this watch, despite its beautiful appearance, was a stunning failure. Hey, Citizen - Where is my refund for the cost of this ridiculously terrible, useless band?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the band’s links. This is unusual, as all our watches undergo strict quality control. For best results, we recommend having adjustments done by a watch sizing expert with the proper tools, and when ordering directly from our website, complimentary bracelet sizing is always available. We understand your disappointment, especially given your excitement for your new timepiece, and we appreciate your loyalty as a longtime Citizen owner. Our team will be reaching out via email with solutions, including the option to send your watch to our Service Center for proper adjustment. We look forward to assisting you.

I love the look, size and weight of this watch. It is something I’ve been considering for a while. The complications are perfect yet simple. Citizen is certainly my choice for a great, low cost everyday wear, “luxury” timepiece.

I received my Promaster Geo Tracker last week and it did not disappoint! The size and weight are perfect for me. The face is easy to read and functionality is as advertised. I used the online instructions for sizing and it was a perfect fit right out of the box. At this point I could not be more pleased.
