Bought this about a month ago at a Citizen Store, and I love it! This is my third Citizen, and the quality is always obvious. Bluetooth pairing went perfect, and the bluetooth itself works perfect within range. If your phone goes 25-30 feet out of range with any bluetooth device, it's going to lose the signal. With the watch, it's a simple button push if you want to link it again. The dial indicators are great, especially battery level and day of week pointer. I see alot of negative reviews about the watch, but I'm totally satisfied! You just have to remember, it's a bluetooth device (if you so chose to use the bluetooth), and if you go out of range it is going to lose the link. Overall, I believe it was a great purchase.

Bigger and thicker than what I imagined. The dial isn't all that premium having owned multiple Citizens. Band is ok, gives you the continuous look. The effort to cram in everything is probably worth more than msrp. But the execution of the idea plus the app missed the mark. When this first came out I remembered looking at it and think this is the epitome of classic/smart watch. But now not so much. The mineral crystal get dirty really quick(maybe it's just my unit)

The watch works great. Unfortunately it came open in the box with the watch band missing a link. There were no plastic coverings on the face or stainless. The watch gets all kinds of compliments. I will need a new band so I have links and pins.

Functions and looks great. I see alot of reviews complaining about the Bluetooth feature, if you’re not somewhat tech savy and relying only on that feature then you’re probably better off getting something else. Overall, great watch!

I bought this 6 months ago and had an incident where the face screen cracked so i had it fixed and when returned it was returned defective from the band in which i never had problems with until then, so once again to fix but this time it was on the corp. But when returned same thing happened and this time no luck finding it. So and stuck with the payments?

I loved the watch if it the smart features would actually work. It didn't stay connected to my phone all the time. And, the app is horrible. I would wait for a Gen 2 before buying such an expensive watch.
