“I really like black gadgets , but for this watch and my poor sight , it’s kinda hard to see the time and gauges if there’s poor light , am requesting a change black with some other contrast color maybe white or grey , I was surprised when I took the watch out of the box it felt from a one foot hight distance and the glass was crack , hope they have sapphire glass to replace it , I have a Garmin watch with sapphire glass use it hard work on the oilfield and not a single scratch even Can’t wait to replace my citizen and hope to Have a great experience using it”

“This watch is indeed gorgeous, there is no denying that. It’s sleek, all black and neat. I love it but the major problem with this watch is it’s super hard to see when you’re in a dark environment. You would literally have to really stare and move your wrist closer to try and read it. If you were walking at night you would def have some issues telling the time. There is no luminary lighting whatsoever. So because of that I am returning it and buying another.”

“I have 6 citizen watches. I find this to be beautiful and accurate. The only flaw is....I wear my watchs to bed and I dislike the fack the hands do not illuminate at night. Other than that I would have given a 5 star review.”

“I received the watch in a plastic bag. With no wrapping to protect it. No box and, no manual. I sent it back and, bought it from Walmart at a better price, with the original box and warranty included. My husband loves it! It was an anniversary gift. I won't be buying directly from citizen again.”
