“Followed the instructions to set it. The watch is not keeping time. I called Citizen customer support and they were not helpful or even polite. My options are to send a brand new watch to the repair department (not) or to return it, wait for my refund, and then re-order. What a pain.”

“Since I purchased this watch it has been my "go-to" watch. I own about 10 watches and since I purchased this one, I can seem to want to wear any other ones. it's the perfect size and with a small bezel, the dial seems even larger than it is. Really well built. I can wear this watch to any occasion.”
