The PCAT from Citizen improves on this classic collection with a modern design, including a two-tone, rose gold stainless-steel 43mm case and a two-tone stainless-steel bracelet, capped off with a blue dial. “It is a beautiful, elegant watch. I love the combination of the deep blue face, gold accents with the silver body. This is my third Citizen Eco watch. I showed the ladies I work with 4 different watches I was considering including a couple of Swiss brands and this was the favorite of all.”
