“I would like to thank entire team who worked on my order. This brand realized me how customer experience matters to them. I am writing this review from bottom of my heart. I ordered this product on special day of my loved one. He loves it too much. Size is perfect and mostly flexible to all men wrist size. Looking so elegant. Much much love for this masterpiece. We didn't get much time to explore it's technical features but we'll explore it more by time. Thank you CITIZEN for taking care of my mis-shipped order by shipping company. “First it’s a beautiful watch and Im happy with the purchase. I like the extra features such as Daylight Savings Time and being able to connect to the atomic clock. The watch feels solid on my wrist and while the leather band closure isn’t intuitive at first, I’m used to it now. My biggest reason for only 4 stars is that the instructions don’t 100% line up to the watch - the illustrations are for a different version that have more markings on the dial or the bezel, so some instructions were a little hard to follow. I had to find a you tube video just to fully set the watch. So please develop updated instructions that exactly match the watch.”

“I purchased this for my husband's for Christmas as his old watch was no longer working. This one caught my eye and I thought the green and gold looked so nice together. I was slightly worried that the rose gold would have too much of a pink hue in person but it doesn't and it is just beautiful - almost a copper hue. He loves it! Its a little fiddely to set up but there are videos out there that walk you through. Great watch and worth the price!”

“Beautiful watch! However, I wish I had looked at reviews about the band prior to purchasing. Ultimately, we returned it because of the band/strap - it’s just so unnecessary. You can swap it out but why should I be forced in to paying for an additional one?”
