“I got it as a retirement gift from my company. I was quite impressed as how beautiful the watch is. I really like that the dial is large but not oversized. It fits perfectly to my small wrist. I especially like the timeless design of the watch. It will be classical for decades to come.”

“I got this for my birthday last year(November). I wore it 2 weeks on the weekends only and noticed a stone had fallen out. Since then I’ve lost 2 more. My beautiful watch now looks tacky and unwearable. I contacted the company and they said I could send it to them at my expense and they weren’t sure if the warranty would cover it, so the warranty isn’t really worth anything. If 3 stones fall out within a year with very little wear it’s definitely a flaw in manufacturing. I have a plain Jane eco drive that I have had for 15 years that I wear every day to work. I will never buy another Citizen watch.”

“The watch is beautiful and works great, HOWEVER the crystals are falling out. I have lost 3 so far. 4 if you count the one I paid $30 to the jeweler to replace. Called Citizen only to be told I had to ship the watch at my expense to California. And it would take 3-4 months to receive back. Not acceptable.”
