“This is my second eco watch and I am very happy with the workings of these watches. I ordered my first watch because the batteries of my watches died during the coronavirus lockdown and I needed a watch. I love my original watch and decided to get another for the winter. I’m sure that my new watch will work well. However, there are two issues which lowered my rating. First, for a woman’s watch, the face is enormous! I am an average sized woman who owns many watches and I have never had one that covers my entire wrist. This watch seems to be sized for an average sized man. Second, we were very careful when measuring my wrist. I made sure that the measurement that I indicated was larger than my actual wrist. Although the band closes, it is very tight. I measured the inside of the band and it is 61/2” and I had requested 6 3/4”. If my wrist grows even an iota, I will be unable to wear the watch. I am interested to know what Citizen will do to rectify this situation. It’s unfortunate that my evaluation has been negatively impacted by issues that have nothing to do with the actual workings of the watch.”
