With a case design inspired by a vintage perfume bottle and featuring the curved, sleek lines of May bells, the bezel shape has a distinct feature at the 3 o’clock position, where the crown resembles an elegant perfume stopper. Featuring a white, mother-of-pearl dial made of recycled materials, including a recycled polycarbonate base under the dial, and showcased on a sleek, silver-tone stainless steel case and bracelet. The dial also has a diamond that gives focus to the 8 o’clock position and is finished with a sapphire crystal. “I love this watch and have waited awhile to purchase it due to not being able to try on at a local retailer. I have a fairly small wrist (6"inches) so the face is a perfect size (not too big, not too small). I removed 1 star for two reasons. #1: I expected the mother of pearl to have more blue in it (like the online photos suggest); #2 The steel bracelet was scuffed more than likely during the customizing of the band sizing. Not a deal-breaker as I'm probably the only one who will notice but disappointing as this is not a cheap watch. To whomever might read this: Please slow down and take care during the sizing process. Gifts are special and should be in pristine condition upon arrival.”

“Elegant watch. It was her birthday gift. Looks premium, but it is somewhat smaller than it seems in the ad picture. Even "Try it on" is somewhat not accurate. Just to keep in mind while purchasing. But my wife wants to keep it and loves it. Plus the band adjustment was perfect and as requested.”

“What can I say? The sizing is perfect, thank you Laura! It's an absolutely wonderful timepiece, keeping accurate time as the second hand is essential for my line of work. Every time I look to see what time it is I'm amazed at the craftsmanship. This watch replaced a watch I had for 20 years so I really did my homework to find something I'd love wearing on my wrist that wasn't technology savvy!”

“I’ve been in jewelry sales for over 10 years and Citizen watches have always been apart of my job. I’m not a watch person, but I’ve seen a lot of nice Citizens over the years. Some people keep theirs for over 20 years! When I saw the L Mae in stainless steel with a blue mother of pearl dial I had to have it. It’s so elegant and perfect for me.”
