“Within a week of getting it, a link part fell out, rendering the watch in three pieces. Called customer service; they said: “take it to a watchmaker for repair” I.e. at our own expense. Disappointed, to say the least.”

“I purchased this watch 12 years ago after a daily use and abuse still works has many scratches. So I decided to purchase the same watch if I could find it new without scratches. When I’ve saw this watch I was shocked that it was still being sold the same model same everything. The quality of this watch is amazing I use it all the time I’m at the beach snorkeling it works great. I never needed to use the warrantee it worked perfectly for 12 years and still working just that it’s a bit scratched because of me, so much wear.”

“After observing me trying to replace batteries on several of my watches and being quite upset because even with a new battery my "fancy" watch wouldn't work, my wonderful husband surprised me with this eco-drive watch for Christmas. No more struggling to replace worn out batteries AND it's absolutely gorgeous! Super comfortable to wear all day and it looks great.”
