“The online ordering process was easy and clearly described. When I had a question about my delivery, my telephone call was answered and provided me with full information. My beautiful and functional watch arrived in perfect shape and I am delighted! “I work at a jewelry store where we sell tons of watches so I have seen a lot of them and I love this watch! Perfect smaller size, nice color.. I have the black face one and got my mom the white face one.. love them both!”

“My wife received this watch for a Christmas gift. She really likes it. This is her third Citizen watch. The other 2 she has had for many years but they need repair. The crystal can only handle so much abuse, but I must say they've healed themselves many times. Great longevity.”

“Hello. I was gifted with a citizens watch five years ago. I loved it! It still works fine and has handled very well. I decided to upgrade with a new one! It is beautiful and elegant. I knew the band is just a slight wider which is fine. it looks great. I am very impressed with citizens quality and appearance. I will enjoy my new watch. Happy customer.”
