“I chose this watch to replace one just like it, and was tickled to see it was on sale. Everything seemed fine with just my needing to have the band shortened, although I didn't know how to understand the lighter-weight and "rough" feel to the locking mechanism . While having the band shortened at my new favorite local jeweler's, he replaced the new watch's locking mechanism with that from my old as he said the new one was broken. Glad the mechanism was interchangeable! Otherwise, the watch seems great and running well. I love the way it looks.”

“Aloha - I was hesitant to purchase a watch on line BUT so needed a replacement ! So I went for it and turns out I love it ... my previous watch was also a Citizen that lasted for 16 years ! I am a happy customer.”

“Beautiful, slightly dainty, waterproof, luminescent hands, and a calendar. This is my second citizen eco drive. Still have the other, but it’s all scratched up. I am hard on watches so this one is more for date night.”

“I'm still waiting for a return label & the form to return for refund. Both watches (same style: one is too small for my wrist the other is too big. Everything is closed in Ca. The very least u can do is extend the 30 days! I'm so frustrated!”
