“Great watch, for my wife's birthday she loves the design and the quality. I requested that they size the bracelet as they offered on their app. Bracelet was not sized and we had to go to a local jeweler and pay $15 to have it sized.”

“I love my new watch! It’s even more beautiful in person. Photos don’t really capture how good it looks. It’s very functional as well — very easy to tell the time. I was also happy with the sizing service. I chose to have my bracelet a little loose and Citizen sends the extra links in case I want to add them back later.”

“This watch is beautiful. It looks bigger online but in person it’s a little smaller which I love because dainty watches are my favorite. Very classy watch, you can dress it up or down.”

“I got the Bianca in silver, and it's absolutely beautiful. The case has a sleek, elegant design, and the watch itself is very stylish. One thing to note: the color of the hands is darker in person—they look more like a purplish-blue than a true blue. Still, it's a stunning piece overall.”

“I've been wearing this watch about two weeks. It is perfect. It is precise with timing and elegant like a pretty bracelet. My dad has an automatic Citizen over 15 years. He did not do anything to maintain his watch but it is still working precisely. I believe this eco-drive will last long as well.”
