“I ordered a watch as a Christmas gift for my wife and took advantage of the complimentary sizing. The extra links were supposed to be sent with the watch but weren't. The size I ordered was a little to small and now it's taking 8 weeks to get the links. Very disappointed.”

“I love the gold bianca watch. The gold is a little bright but that is to be expected for a watch that isn't real gold. That said, the watch is very elegant and stylish. It was on backorder, and when I was notified it was available it came with a nice discount. I used the online ruler and was able to get a perfect fit. I have another Citizen watch so was also able to compare to get the correct size. I love Citizen watches because there is no need to replace batteries, and the quality is top-notch.”
