“I got two of them and both don’t even connect. I held the button the back and they don’t go into pairing mode nothing. One doesn’t even hold charge instant dies if unplugged but they don’t even want to send signal to phone to pair.”

“Just a lot of issues, the buds are hard to turn on and off and connect to. The charging case didn't charge 1 bud the other was charged to 60% and I had to plug the case into the wall to charge them. No matter what I do the left bud won't charge, not sure if I received a defective product but so far not happy at all.”
