I purchased this timepiece over 10 years ago, it has never given me a problem.

I am SO unhappy with my last two Citizen watches (recently purchased) The Satellite Wave World Time GPS watch and the Promaster SST seemed like good values. I have wasted hours, both with my wife and your customer tech support people, and all I have to show for it are two watches that are unsettable. Meanwhile I wear my nearly 10 year old eco-drive titanium watch which keeps flawless time and has never been a problem. I wish you would take these two watches back and give me my money back. That’s about the only thing I can think of that would make this right. If I could give these two watches, zero stars I would. I am so disappointed, I would never recommend another citizen watch to my friends.By the way, I have 12 Citizen watches in my collection.

First look of this watch I instantly got the desire to purchase it. Its bold, masculine, and tough are very appealing. Its awesome functions, versatility, and surprisingly easy navigation to take to change the settings were all added pluses why I think this watch is all worth it.

I love the watch. It is a bit difficult to navigate though. But ten again, this is my first watch that has multiple options. I had to contact the toll free line to help me set the correct time on it.

Heavy watch. Nicely built. Beautiful. A bit complicated to figure out how it works but you just have to take the time and follow the instructions. I have to wear it on my right arm because the crown rubs against my wrist bone. But that might be because I have a thin wrist.

Absolutely love the display on this watch. The dial showcases a digitally display allowing you to toggle between different modes. If you are a car enthusiast, the chronograph dials resemble that of the odometers on a race car as well as the red accent markers throughout the watch. Would recommend to anyone.
