It’s a beautiful watch, and the times when it works are great! Unfortunately, that only ends up about 50% of the time. As of right now, my phone is supposedly connected to the watch, yet no notifications are being received on the watch. It would also be nice for some more personalization, too. You can only really customize the original watch face, and although you can swap for other faces, you can’t change what information they show (at least in my experience). I mean it’s definitely a conversation starter, but it’s more that than smartwatch.

I have only purchased Citizen, for the last 12 years. I purchased this smart watch 2 years ago. I had to repurchase because my last one the screen stopped working. I need a smart watch for work and daily task. But my other Citizen watches still work to this day.

I had a Nixon Mission and a Galaxy 3, they were short lived and didn't fit the bill of what I really wanted. Citizen perfectly blended a standard watch with the accessibility of a smartwatch. The battery lasts for days with no need to charge. If you want a simple watch to track basic fitness and phone notifications this is THE watch to buy.

I got this watch while it was on sale (solid 50% off!) and it beat all of my expectations by light years. The battery is AMAZING, as I haven't had to charge it since receiving it on April 28 (today is May 7), and it's easy to navigate. Quality materials and feels a lot more expensive than the original price.

This is a beautiful watch. It was easy to connect and has never lost connection. The battery life is one of the best I have experienced. Two thumbs up!

This is the first of many Citizen watches I have purchased that I wasn't completely happy with. The display is poorly lit when you activate the light up feature, plus the double tap on the screen used to light up the display works about 30% of the time, and the digital readout is small and difficult to read. I have a Garmin smartwatch that displays so much clearer and brighter day and night with it's analog display then this CZ Hybrid. Also, the watch app is poorly designed and the watch faces are all analog with the hybrid watch. There is no color display. Luckily I got it 50% off. Maybe Citizen is selling these off in the hopes of going back to the drawing board and designing a better watch. I'm not sure what the test group said for these watches, but either Citizen didn't listen to them or they didn't bother with a test group to get honest feedback prior to releasing a watch with the quality name Citizen on it.

Double tapping the face to light the watch display rarely works. Maybe 30% of the time. The display is very dim and the watch faces are very hard to read. Even though I bought this on sale at 50% off, I wouldn't buy it again. It will be a back up watch for the time only. If the watch faces were brighter and had color, maybe I'd recommend it. Do not purchase if you are expecting color or bright and easy to read displays.

I love my hybrid watch! It’s dressy and functional! I can wear it for a nice dinner-date, and it also tracks my fitness!
