I bought this watch 10-15 years ago and it has functioned like the day I bought it. The exception being of the top of the bezel which has worn a bit. The watch is still my favorite of all of the watches that I own.

This exact medal along with the non-PVD (black) regular and titanium models are for many the best Skyhawks Citizen made. Sadly they are no longer made so grab one if you can find in great condition. Both of mine rare 11+ years old and zero issues, they are the watches I use to set all my others by, accurate to the second. Too many excellent features to list, still see these on pilots wrists as well as many others. Some say complicated, RTM and practice the options a few times - you’ll get it no problem. Especially using daily. Set one time to UTC and use home time or local as desired, many possibilities. Check out the EcoDrive Satellite Wave line if you can’t find one of these, more expensive, larger (46-47mm) higher in Citizens line up but every bit as accurate as these and GPS syncs up quickly, remains accurate.

Bought this when I started my flying training 4 years ago, and I still love it. The sliding bezel is a great E6B substitute, but having GMT always displayed is my favorite feature. That and its solar recharging and radio synching, means it never let's you down. It's a great looking watch which I can wear casually, but very practical especially if you're into aviation, and it's very comfortable too.

I’ve had this watch for about 10 years now, and for the most part it’s held up to my abuse very well. I’ve sent it in to Citizen for regular cleaning and inspections. But I needed to replace the crystal on the first cleaning I asked if a Safire crystal was available and it was so I upgraded to this crystal and it’s the last one I’ve needed since. But because of my use of the watch I’ve needed to replace the bezel about 4 times ( I am pretty hard on the watch) other than that the watch has held up well and still looks great.
