The Blue Angels are the Navy's elite flight demonstration squadron renowned for their precision and grace showcased in each of their flight maneuvers. This precision and grace is exhibited in the CITIZEN Promaster Blue Angels Skyhawk A-T with precise atomic timekeeping in 43 cities. Other features include a chronograph, perpetual calendar, dual time, alarms, countdown timer, digital backlight and UTC display, power reserve and pilot's rotating slide rule bezel. This model appears in a stainless steel case, indigo blue italian leather strap with yellow contrast stitching, yellow accented dark blue dial and bezel with the Blue Angel's insignia replicated on the caseback. “A nice four watch Citizen collection could be a Promaster Land, Sea, Air and maybe an automatic like the Tsuyosa or Zenshin. For the Air, I was drawn to the idea of a Blue Angels watch. I give this one a 95 out of 100. Any watch with this many complications will have some trade offs in legibility. The high points are the radio control time accuracy with perpetual calendar (set and forget), highly legible analog time, legible slide rule, eco-drive power meter, UTC analog subdial and second city digital option. One trade off is that you can either display the second city, or the date (the date is for UTC). The leather band is very good, and very dark blue. This watch wears well with black, tan, blue, brown, white or grey, so it is highly versatile.”

“The watch is and AT radio controlled timekeeping piece. Although the user manual says it might not synchronize with the Denver radio transmitter because my location at Puerto Rico (-4 time zone), it actually does it with good signal (H indication) after night reception. Other than that, l love the pilot feature of aeronautical pilot rotating slide rule bezel and Blue Angels insingnia!”

“This is I believe the 5th Citizen watch that I’ve owned. All but 1 are still working perfectly. I am extremely happy with the watch. It looks outstanding and like all my others, function perfectly. The instructions are really very adequate. Actually simpler than some tutorials online.”
