Absolutely in love with my new Citizen Skyhawk Blue Angels watch! From the moment I took it out of the box, I was blown away by the attention to detail and sheer craftsmanship. The Blue Angels design is stunning, with the blue and gold accents perfectly capturing the spirit of aviation. The dial is crisp and easy to read, and the overall build feels solid and premium. What really stands out is the functionality—this is a true pilot's watch. The eco-drive technology is a game-changer, never needing a battery change and keeping it powered just from light. I also love the multi-functionality, like the chronograph and world time features. It's like having a cockpit instrument on your wrist! It's comfortable to wear too, despite its larger size. The band fits perfectly, and the weight is just right—not too heavy, but definitely feels substantial. Whether you're a watch enthusiast, a fan of aviation, or just someone who appreciates excellent design, the Citizen Skyhawk Blue Angels is a must-have. It’s a perfect blend of style, function, and quality. Highly recommend

I bought this to replace my JR3080-51 L Blue Angel watch purchase in 2010. I wore it daily and loved it, so much so that the sapphire crystal and bezel are worn and badly scratched. Parts are no longer available. I love the new watch. It’s easy to synch the correct time, I did it once, and now it does it automatically in the early morning hours. Easier to switch between different world time zones and for local time, correct for daylight savings time. It’s a great watch.

Just got my second citizen watch, and i love it. If it is as good as the first one which ive had for 8 years without one issue i will be very happy. I plan on having many more in my collection. What a beautiful watch.

This is actually a replacement for a 9 year old Promaster Skyhawk A-T Blue Angels (JY0040-59L) that experienced daily use and abuse. With a worn bezel and reasonably heavily scratched mineral crystal that watch has been relegated to "dirty" work. Mechanically, still sound. The New A-T, well a little larger, a little heavier, all the same features, three time zone capable, dual alarms, chronograph, calendar, slide rule bezel. I appreciate the classy appearance of the Blue Angel Skyhawks as well as the functionality. As a platform engineer, the UTC dial is critical, let's me confirm at a glance my hardware is processing in real time. The dual time zones come in handy because my primary business team is on the west coast and my secondary business team is on the east coast. The Skyhawk provides the three critical time zones I need at a glance. Keep up the good work Citizen, looking forward to the next evolution of the Blue Angels Skyhawk.

The watch is as expected, beautiful is a good word. But, I have a problem since receiving it, it won't connect with the satellite, I spoke to a technician and followed his instructions that didn't work for me, recontacted and sent it back for repair. Received the watch back, following the instructions a few times and it still doesn't connect with the satellite, I have two other watches the connect every night, placed this one with the other two and this one doesn't connect. I am not completely blaming the watch, I could be making a small mistake and causing the outage, I will call again and try setting the watch with the technician on the phone, will post the results.

I've only had this watch for about 3 weeks and so far I really enjoy it. It's great to have the local time, UTC and a 3rd time zone right on the display without having to push any buttons. I'm a ham operator so UTC comes in handy all the time. It's fairly large so just be aware on how it may look and feel depending on wrist size.
