“Battery life sucks, other than that the watch is great. I own the hybrid citizen watch and I love that one. I own other google watches that run the same operating software without battery issues. This watch looks good, feels good and functions well, expect the battery!”

“I own 3 other Citizen watches and this one is the biggest disappointment of all. If any features are turned on other that time the battery will barely make it 7 hours. Very disappointing for a Citizen product.”

“Great, elegant look if you omit the red on the case, battery life needs massive improvement, unable to "tap" to wake as far as i could find, had to return it - I'll stick with my old fashioned analog Citizens”

“Generic smartwatch, looks like it came out of a watch case from a convenience store. Not worthy of the Citizen brand. Great customer service and return policy worked seamlessly.”
