“This watch offers a mainstream face and is nice, but the battery life an non-intuitive screen navigation leave quite a bit to be desired. Probably my most disappointing Citizen watch, and this is my 3rd in my watch collection.”

“The first one arrived and would not work so it was quickly replaced by Citizen. Nine months later here I am looking for another watch because it’s randomly failed to turn on multiple times and now will not power on at all.”

“Like it, very light and elegant looking. A watch I was exactly looking for. Reason for the 4 stars was that, as an iphone user… I always have to make sure that the app in my phone is activated in the background or else it wont sync even if the bluetooth is connected. It’s not going to connect and wont be able to receive notification for my calls and messages which kinda inefficient and somewhat a hassle. Some of the not so pricey smart watch regardless of the app is activated in the background or not as long as the bluetooth is connected then your phone and watch will automatically sync. That’s the only downside for this smart watch, other than that…am happy with my purchase. Would recommend this to a friend.”

“My wife got me this watch as a birthday present. This watch is amazing. It's the 3rd Citizen I own and now my daily use one. It is very user friendly amd actually gets 2 days of constant use before I have to charge.”

“As I shop for a watch online, I find that the CZ looks great. May I suggest that the engineers add a few dial options to add different looks. And solar power if possible.”

“Will not allow all advertised features such as receiving text messages to the phone even with all permissions allowed it will not, when you select the watch face you want to display it will not keep and defaults back to the generic citizen screen.”

There could be several reasons why you may not be receiving text messages, and it could be due to the notifications settings.
