“this is my 5th citizen watch, and I decided to get a smart watch this time for my birthday. it was easy to set up and I am wearing it daily. I have gotten lots of compliments on it and I love it”

“I just got this watch a few weeks ago and noticed right off the bat, that the battery life is no better than Gen 1 (which I also have). It says, 15 day battery and mine lasted all of 2 and a half days. I just got news from a website that Citizen is suspending sales of this watch because of the huge amount of negative emails and reviews on other sites. Okay, then why is it still up for sale on this website? I now have a watch that I bought because of the half price sale and it doesn't work properly. And Citizen KNEW of the problems and still sold it to me. That really disappoints me in Citizen. I have 3 other Citizens which work fine, but I am going to have to wait for Citizen to contact me about the fix for this watch. VERY disappointed in Citizen”

“I had one problem setting up the watch. It asked for a password when I was copying my Google Account to the watch, but my Google password would not work. It turned out it wanted my phone lock screen password, and I wasn't expecting this. Once I overcame that, the watch was excellent.”

“I wanted it to work so badly. Was trying to get away from my usual go to for smart watch. Visually, it is everything I want my smart watch to look like. So beautiful. I use my smart watch for two main reasons. First to get my texts at work quickly from clients and second to track my workouts. I could not get the watch to pair properly. I reset it twice. Could only get phone calls, no texts. The watch barely stayed connected to the wifi. My workouts wouldn't connect with my heart rate. There are only options for "indoor and outdoor" workout. I connected Strava and google fit to get a weight training workout and it wouldn't take my heart rate at all. Even trying to troubleshoot with the online help seemed far more complicated than it should be. In the end I had 4 apps to try to do 2 simple tasks and could not get one of them to work. So sad to return this beauty.”

“This watch is great, I love the size, I can change straps very easily with other Citizen 22 mm styles, the YouQ app is interesting , I love how it tracks my activity habits, also The Alert check is quite fun. Design is great, I love the bracelet style!”
