“Watch isn't holding a charge. Can't go 24 hours without losing the charge. Thus, my steps and everything are not accurate”

“No problems. Connects to phone and wifi easily. Remember, you can use you phone to set the phone. Make sure you have password for the GMAIL account the watch defaults to. I have several gmail accounts. Get a second charger. I read all the bad reviews and I had no issues that they reported.”

“Battery lasts all day but needs to charge overnight. Full functionality with my Pixel. Would be nice to have more options for the watch face.”

“I got this watch a week ago,very disappointed! I own 4 watches and thought this would be great for keeping track of steps. The face of the watch keeps going back to a plain face,it is not what is shown on site”

Thank you for your feedback. The new CZ Smart with YouQ offers a versatile, customizable menu of dials to choose from and receive the information you find most important. The speedometer face shown on our website is excellent for tracking your steps, and once set up properly, it should not revert to a plain face.
