“I bought this model about 8 months ago and at dinner with the in-laws, my father in law liked it. So I bought one for him. The way Citizen on line made it so easy and painless without any bumps on the road. The best part is that Citizen stands by its name and the watches last and if they don’t, they will work with you to make them last.”

“Overall, this is a great watch. The interface is great, and the touch screen is intuitive. The best feature for me is the features available in the Wellness app. Only thing preventing me for giving 4 stars is the battery life. Even with turning off the sound, and going to extended battery mode, battery life barley last 24hrs”

“I waited patiently for this watch to be released. I can understand the delay. The battery life is poor as other reviews have mentioned. The bluetooth on my watch will not stay connected. Cannot pair with phone. The app is not on par with Garmin or other smart devices. I am hoping for updates and upgrades. Now, I just need the watch to pair.”

“Beautiful watch and very easy to program and very USER friendly with the help of the video makes it very pleasant to learn. The strap is very comfortable on the wrist, the light weight of the watch makes it seem as though you are not wearing one and the dial is very well illuminated making it easy to read! Well worth the money and it makes a nice edition of my collection of the other 13 Citizen watches that I have.”

“I gave away my 1st gen CZ Smart because I could not get it to work. I now have the 2nd generation and it is possibly the best watch in my collection. Being a watch nut I have 8 smart watches. Believe me this is the best. People complain about the battery but I find it lasts almost two days in extended mode. I get many compliments.”

“The watch feels and looks impressive. Interacting with the watch would take some getting used to. It is not as intuitive as some I have tried. However the battery life on this watch makes its not a practical purchase. I owned the watch 4 days in total and had to charge it 3 times.”
