We're not even a commercial enterprise but this machine has finally given our family what we've always wanted, quick-brewing, piping hot, "always on" brewed coffee, with double the capacity of the pathetically unreliable domestic drip-filter machines that we've been using for so many years, and it stays turned on indefinitely instead of turning itself off after 2 hours. The only drawback I would mention is the top heating element, which doesn't keep the upper pot seated as stably as we would like but overall we're more than happy with our new brewer.
