“The product is exceptionally well made easy to operate and cosmetically most presentable.
However, there is a problem with the operator (me).
I switched the griddle on for the first time set the heat to 220 degrees but was distracted and had to answer a longer than expected phone call out of sight of the griddle.
A strong smoking smell hastened me to cut short the call , but too late, the griddle had a large burnt blackened patch in the centre which looks most permanent and I am at a loss to work out how to restore the surface to something like its original shinny appearance.
Would appreciate any help or advice you can offer?
