“I purchased the Borrelli Microwave to replace a 23 litre Blanco unit. We had an existing cutout and trim kit and the new unit fits in well.
The Borrelli works efficiently and seems robust. The fan stays on for a minute or so after removing food and closing door again - this helps eliminate cooking odours and condensation.
The heating and time controls are different to any other microwave I have ever used, but fine once you get used to them.

Can't comment on reliability yet, but the Borrelli is easy and intuitive to use, and heats very evenly. It does extremely well at the difficult microwave test of cooking Indian papads with no uncooked or burnt spots.”
“Very happy with this product. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, it just works as a microwave should, simple and easy to use.
The microwave is reasonably heavy being commercial grade, which is really good as it sits firmly on the surface and the door is very easy to open and close. The numbered timers are great once you know which one represents each time slot as the time duration is in small font and is difficult to read. As this is a commercial microwave it doesn't display the time of day. The interior is really spacious at 25litres and appears larger than our previous 32litre Panasonic. With no turntable it's far easier to keep clean with a simple wipe over. As all the domestic microwaves today regardless of brand appear to have a built-in max life cycle we figured our money would be better spent on a commercial grade appliance for longevity, quality and ease of use. 100% happy so far!”
“This is our first commercial microwave as we had several domestic brands ranging from Sharp, Panasonic Flatbed to a Samsung, which didn't last. Works well so far, simple touch buttons and easy to clean. Suits our needs of reheating and basic cooking as we wanted a reliable and easy to use microwave.”

“Really nice sturdy microwave. The flat base is great as less to clean. Inside is easy to clean. Nice big sturdy handle which is great when busy with dishes in both hands. Appears to be very sturdy stainless steel on the outside. Each of the 10 time buttons have a different time associated with each one but the actual time is difficult to read as the letters are very small. We printed out the manual and enlarged the button section to post on the wall next to the microwave. Seems to be the only downside so far. Recommended as a cheaper commercial microwave”
