“We purchased our 1st 580ltr freezer 6 months ago Its Fantastic and FULL so we ordered a 2nd Freezer we waited 3 months for the slow boat to arrive not at all worried with CKS however when the 2nd one arrived it was not the same Freezer as we expected it didn't have the same each shelf a freezer shelf it had just wire racks and only 3 of them
We rang CKS they were extremely helpful in finding 3 extra shelves BUT the unit is NOT THE SAME
I think the shipping company should have told customers that there would be a difference from the first one and $1000 dearer for the 2nd freezer i cannot see the value
CKS were very helpful and the driver was very helpful in setting up the freezer
When this one is full we will be getting a 3rd unit but it will have to be like the 1st one
FROST FREE doesn't help me im not interested i cant see the value for less freezer shelves
CKS we will be back we hope you can source a freezer like the first one
