“Dreadful customer service. After placing my order and receiving the item You receive an email asking you to write a review and the incentive for doing this is a FREE LONG4LASHES MASCARA. You then go onto their website, place an order for the mascara and apply the coupon which is supposed to make it FREE. The coupon does not work and when you contact the customer service no one, ever, replies to you - unfortunately by the time you find this out you have written a glowing review in order to get the mascara - its a scam so please be aware.”
