“I was disappointed when two of the three units I purchased failed within a month of installation, then it took almost two months for the replacement units to be delivered. During the entire period, I kept receiving what appeared to be automatically generated messages informing me the replacement units were "on their way" but nothing arrived until last week. I live in an agricultural area where dust is generated most of the year that gets into our homes and contains fertilizer and other chemicals that cause respiratory problems and other allergies. I am interested to see how the three units I installed will perform to reduce these contaminants and will be happy to raise my rating if they perform well.”
“I like the product, but after a few days 1 out of the 3 I purchased, stopped working. Haven't been able to get a solution to this problem. The product is expensive. I would expect it to work longer than a week.”
