“I recently purchased the pack of 6 devices for my home, June 10th. One of the devices has already stopped working, or should I say the light is no longer on. The other 5 are fine. I have written to support but have not received a reply yet. Can this device be replaced please?”
“I was skeptical about this really working so I started with just 3 units. However, I have found I sneeze less and the dust is minimal. I was using in my bedroom and it works well but I can’t sleep with the blue light on so had to unplug it. Keeps the dust down in the bathroom and family room. I will definitely purchase a few more units but sure wish I could turn that light out!”
“I bought three and after a few months full time usage, only two work. I don’t know why one just stopped working. The device pushes down any floating debris so I need to dust with a duster sprayed with dusting spray and either vacuum or use the electrostatic sweeper at least daily to remove the increased accumulation of debris. I’m cleaning appliances daily unless I cover them. Despite the added cleaning, my home air is cleaner and I’m not as congested”
