“I ordered the 3 pack promotion, but one of the units was defective. I emailed your customer service. Almost immediately I received an apologetic response from Taylor. She simply asked if I could send a picture of the unit plugged in, but not lighting up. Totally acceptable process for a faulty unit. Again, immediately she confirmed that a new unit it was on the way.
Honestly, I haven't had them installed long enough to evaluate how well they work. It is refreshing to deal with a company that cares about your customers, especially when my contact was all online.
