“Not sure. My rooms are big with high ceilings and low outlets. I suspect my 3 units may be somewhat effective, but am not positive (ionically speaking)! When conditions are not optimal, it's not a good, fair test for the product. On the other hand, I don't want to buy lots of units when they may not be satisfactory for our conditions.”
“Your people don't know how to include all the information for delivery. While I just got the product set up I am not happy that UPS could not deliverer as promised because of the lack of information on your part. I had to inform you of your error. At that I will not be ordering anything else from your company.”

I am concerned when it says plus in outlet 5 feet above the floor - how many homes have outlets that high off the floor; mine are all typically 1-1.5 feet above the floor.
