“I had one unit from a six pack that didn’t work. I reported it and two days later had to send a picture of the bad unit. I have a replacement on the way. Service personnel were professional, polite and accommodating. There was no question of my veracity, rather apologies for my inconvenience and a promise to replace the unit. I love the product and how the other units are performing. I was very impressed with the service center representatives. I will recommend you to family and friends.
