“The buying process was quite easy, and the seller kept me up-to-date on everything from purchase to delivery. The Corona virus put delays in the shipping process. It took what seemed like three lifetimes for the items to arrive. That was NOT the fault of the seller. I received the units yesterday and installed them immedistely. It was as simple as unboxing and plugging them in. I expect it will take a few days to notice their effect. I'm satisfied with my purchase so far.”

I have 2 beloved cats & I think the house may smell better too.
It took over 2 months to receive my order & their phones were never answered in the 6 times I called about it. Their phone message machine cuts out so one can only get pieces of their messages & they never answered the many messages I left them.
In my opinion they need to greatly improve their customer service!!!”
