“I purchased 3 plug in units, two stopped working within a few months but Clarion took care of it by replacing the faulty units. I was very pleased with the email communication and follow up. I have the plug in units in my family room, living room and upstairs hallway. I’m happy with how they purify the air. I clean them regularly but haven’t seen any dust on the units or nearby wall areas, but I don’t have pets so that may be why.”
