“I have had great customer service. The product came in a very timely manner and I have not problem EXCEPT, I'm having a hard time finding an outlet to plug them into. Everything is covered with couches, bookcases, beds, dressers, etc. I really need to figure out where to plug them in. I really need one in the bedroom and the family room. I'll get it figured out sooner or later.”
