I do have a question two has the light on all the time but one is blinking I un pluged it because I did not see any thing in the book about it. I tryed to order three mor fro my son but I don't thik it went.”

In some cases, the blue light is not showing up or is currently blinking because it was not cleaned periodically or there is an issue with the outlet where it was plugged in. We would highly suggest trying plugging the device into a different wall outlet, cleaning out dirt, debris, and the outer part of the product twice a week at least, or how fast the dirt accumulates on its surface using a microfiber cloth.
