In some cases, the blue light is not showing up or is currently blinking because it was not cleaned periodically or there is an issue with the outlet where it was plugged in. We would highly suggest trying plugging the device into a different wall outlet, cleaning out dirt, debris, and the outer part of the product twice a week at least, or how fast the dirt accumulates on its surface using a microfiber cloth.

“It works fine. The light gray print on the instructions is hard to read. Basic black print on white would be better. Will be looking for the web site to print the instructions on my printer.”
