Since you have not given me the option to respond discreetly, I will respond here. I purchased 9 of these in hope to clear up a cat oder problem. I have installed 6 in the basement and the other 3 upstairs. Is has been a week and I do not smell any difference. I don't know what else I can do with these. The space is only 15x30 feet. I would think that the 6 evenly spaced would make some difference.

“I ordered 6 units. I plugged in 5 of them initially and they worked fine. I went to plue the last unit in tonight and it does not work. I have tried plugging it into different outlets that work with the other units. Please, replace this defective unit.”

“Ordered six, plugged in four. Three are working fine and seem to be helping with the cat odors, although it took a few days to really make a difference. One of the four is defective maybe; makes a loud buzzing sort of noise after a short time of being plugged in. When I plug it back in, it is fine for a few minutes but then starts the noise again. I have left it unplugged; will use one of the two in reserve to handle that one hallway.”
