Although I had nightmarish correspondence with customer cervice CS - the order took almost a month to come and my numerous letters to CS were not answered

“this little gadget works so much better than the huge one i used to have. i live in a small senior living apt. with open concept. the only place i could find to put my cat's liter box was my bedroom. i thought i would give this a try & i'm so glad i did. there is zero odor & the air is refreshing. i plan on buying another one when i can afford it. thank you so much for a great product.”
