“I’m very surprised and happy I received my clarifion and it didn’t work I contacted them through email and they responded promptly and replaced the one that did not work this second one works great and I really appreciate the good customer service!!! I’ve had companies tell they would send a replacement and they never did. I will be buying another one for my other rooms. Thank you again!!!”
