This was a great introduction to paint pouring and we left with enough materials to have a go at home - messy but fun! I was a bit worried about getting the pictures home with the wet paint, but using the packaging from the kit was inspired, and all arrived home safely. Teacher explained and demonstrated everything very clearly, and was very approachable and knowledgable.

I loved it! It was messy but great fun, and magical to see how the paint developed into different patterns. Joy was such a lovely lady and a very good teacher and gave me lots of tips on how to create different effects - using a paint-soaked piece of string at the end was a revelation! I would thoroughly recommend this class - no previous experience needed nor artistic/drawing skill (I have none!). It is also great value as not only did I have a lovely fun hour in the class but also went home with a set of materials and 3 more projects to do all included.

I really enjoyed the class, great fun finding my inner child and pouring paint (the exact opposite of what I'd have been allowed to do as a child!). I did think that I'd be painting the coasters in the class, rather than the thin canvas boards, but maybe I misread the class details. I took the class on Friday at 11am, I collected my two canvas boards yesterday as we were advised they take about 24 hours to dry. It's now over 50 hours later and they're still wet, and as the board has curved while drying, the detailed pattern has all gone to the middle, which is where the wet paint still is. So a bit of a shame, but still fun, and I liked haveing two techniques to try. Looking forward to using the remaining paint on the other two canvas boards and decorating coasters.
