Had a gift card from my daughter and I chose to do this class as I've never managed to keep houseplants alive. Lovely little shop and teacher was delightful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even got a the makings for another one as my daughter couldn't make it on the day. Something different to do and would thoroughly recommend it.

What a wonderful experience! I bought this as a gift for my Mum and I to enjoy together and I am so glad I did. As well as learning about the science and history of terrariums, we gained skills in making one ourselves. Our ‘Plant Papa’ was knowledgeable, engaging and very passionate, making it even more enjoyable. One of the unexpected benefits was the mindful element to the class. It was a lovely way to unwind, within a calming setting. Really delighted with the class and would highly recommend it to others. I will be returning to source more elements to make another project. Thank you Plant Mama!

I was really waiting to do this workshop! Booking was super easy and dates are pubblished far in advance. The location is beautiful, and also very easy to reach as in the heart of Glasgow Southside. Emma was amazing, very sweet, funny and friendly. I got there 10 minutes before the start and we had a lovely chat. When all the participants arrived, Emma started giving us basic information on what we were going to do, and got into more details at each step of the making class. It was just very relaxing and informative at the same time. The plants we were provided with were just beautiful, and materials were also top quality. I ended up with a beauiful creation which Emma checked and watered at the end of the class to make sure the plants were going to do well once rehomed :) I also ended up chatting about the plants I have at home and ongoing issues with parasites, I got loads of usefull information and bought a plant disinfectant made with natural products and environmental friendly, which is always super nice to see. I will definitely book more classes with Emma and recommend this workshop to as many people this could be of interest.
