- We use 58% dark chocolate (certified wheat and gluten-free, Halal and Kosher diary) cream and desiccated coconut.
- Please notify us, prior to attending the workshop, if you are lactose intolerant. We can provide a lactose-free mixture instead of cream. If you are vegan we can also provide a soya or plant based cream.
