This is a fun activity in Pimlico, London
Join a true Italian pasta maker, Luca, and learn how to shape traditional handmade ravioli from scratch.
This pasta workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to master the art of making fresh pasta by hand. You’ll discover authentic artisan techniques and uncover pasta-making traditions that have been passed down through generations in Italy.
Your expert Italian cooking teacher, Luca, will share the history of pasta and its many shapes, along with valuable tips for creating the perfect dough. Under his guidance, you’ll prepare delicate ravioli filled with a classic ricotta and spinach mixture, served with a fragrant sage and butter sauce.
All ingredients for the class are provided, so there’s no need to worry about shopping or bringing anything with you.
To begin the evening, you’ll be welcomed with a drink and a selection of Italian antipasti. At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive a PDF recipe so you can recreate your handmade ravioli at home and impress friends and family.
You’ll leave with new skills, fun memories, and a refreshed spirit. There’s nothing quite like the pride of creating something with your own hands — and, of course, the pleasure of enjoying the delicious dish you’ve made.
