This is a fun activity in Liverpool

On the hunt for some alternative group activities in Liverpool? Whether you're looking for hen party ideas or birthday party and date night activities, this crafty Liverpool experience is a real crowd-pleaser!

Purchase a drink at the bar on arrival to get those creative juices flowing as you learn how to sculpt pottery and craft your own clay creation in the heart of Liverpool.

New to pottery making? Don't worry,  no previous experience is necessary. Buy some dutch courage at the bar and dive hands first into the clay to make some sculpted pottery pieces you'll be proud of!

Along the way, this pottery class will guide you as you're encouraged to let your imagination run wild as you learn the basics of sculpting with Air Dry Clay.

By the end of this relaxing pottery class in Liverpool, you'll have your own clay creation to take away and admire and some new sculpting skills too!

Please note:
- This event is not BYOB but the bar will be open.
- As our venues are licensed and serve alcohol, some may be restricted to guests aged 18 and over. If you are planning to attend with anyone under the age of 18, please check directly with the venue before purchasing tickets.
- As you are sculpting with Air Dry Clay, you will be able to paint and decorate these on your own, after the session. Sculptures will take 24-48 hours to dry.

Please note for private bookings:
- If you’d like us to come to your chosen location within Liverpool city centre, a travel fee of £60 will be added after booking. If you're outside the centre, please let us know if you’d like a quote. Typically, no travel fees apply if you choose one of our partner venues.

We would have liked more guidance on what to create, the leaflets left were quite complex ideas,

Absolutely great evening. We both had great fun and had great conversations with others on the table. Really enjoyed the whole experience, and will recommend to all! We were also provided with stable bags and plates for our creations to go off with!

I thought it was well organised but my having anxiety and being neurodiverse it wasn't what I expected. It was to close together and squashed in, I should have asked questions before booking it.

Booked this for myself and two nieces who were visiting from Australia, we loved it. We had such a lovely fun and entertaining couple of hours. The teacher was great , engaged with the class and guided us how best to use the clay. I would definitely recomend this to others .

It was a good time, we made reindeer cups and at the start instructions were clear and easy to follow then the teachers seemed more concentrated on perfecting theirs rather than helping the class, everyone seemed confused on what to do and had to guess or look at the teachers work. We had to ask what the blocks were at the front of the class which were actually letters which my partner could have used but we weren’t told about them. They were very quiet too and I know the venue wasn’t the best layout which isn’t their fault. There was no clear instructions on when to start your own peice and when the class had finished so many were sat there for a while finished. My cup also got ruined with the poor wrapping of it, my partners was wrapped around on the plate but mine seemed to be just wrapped up and squashed, a shame but hey ho. We did have a good time. I have been the arts bar one which I think is a much better venue and for the price too. It was so cramped here

This was a nice class, but we were pretty much left to our own devices. They showed us in the first 5/10 mins how to do a pinch pot, and then suggested we go to the instagram page for inspiration. I think it could have been good to show them to us themselves. Additionally, there are no drinks included in the price, and we had to go to the bar and order our own, where there was slow service. I think there are a few ways to polish this experience up to help make sure people get value for money.
